Coaching

There are moments when something in life wants to change — not urgently, but clearly. A sense that the way things are no longer fits, or that direction has become blurred. Coaching offers a structured, supportive space to listen to that signal and respond with intention.

My coaching work is for thoughtful, capable adults who may be functioning well on the outside while feeling uncertain, misaligned, or stalled beneath the surface. This work is future-oriented, practical, and focused on clarity, direction, and integration. Coaching is not psychotherapy.

How I Work

Coaching with me is collaborative and grounded. We attend carefully to what feels stuck while also orienting toward action. Together, we clarify values and priorities, identify what has been getting in the way, and translate insight into steps that feel realistic and sustainable.

The process is reflective without being abstract, and practical without being prescriptive. Goals emerge from your own sense of meaning and readiness, rather than from external expectations.

What Coaching Is For

Coaching may be helpful if you are:

  • Navigating a life or career transition

  • Re-evaluating values, priorities, or direction

  • Seeking change in habits, routines, or ways of living

  • Facing important decisions during periods of uncertainty

  • Wanting structure and accountability to move forward

Investment

Coaching is offered as a focused 8-week engagement. Fees reflect the depth, structure, and individualized attention of the program, and are discussed during an initial consultation.

Life coaching for adults navigating transitions

The Wellness Coaching Program

I offer an 8-week individualized coaching program for people who are ready to engage with change in a focused, intentional way. Over eight weekly sessions, we work to clarify what matters most, identify patterns that have contributed to feeling stuck, and develop a path forward that feels aligned and workable.

The structure is steady and supportive, while remaining responsive to your lived experience.

The Coaching Framework

The program is organized around four core elements:

  • Commitment — clarifying intention and readiness

  • Intuition — reconnecting with inner guidance and values

  • The Path — translating clarity into practical steps

  • Accountability — support, structure, and follow-through
