Therapy for Anxiety, Grief, & Relationship Patterns

Life can feel painful or confusing even when, from the outside, you seem to be holding it together. You may be carrying anxiety, grief, old relationship patterns, or the effects of trauma and chronic stress. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in ways of coping that once made sense but no longer do.

I offer therapy for adults and teens in Northeast Los Angeles and Pasadena, as well as telehealth throughout California. My work integrates EMDR, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and over 20 years of meditation practice to help you understand what’s happening more deeply, relate to yourself with greater clarity, and find practical ways forward.

When Anxiety, Grief, or Relationship Patterns Need Attention

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and carrying more than is visible from the outside. Beneath that, they may be dealing with overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, grief, or recurring patterns in relationships that leave them feeling stuck, unseen, or disconnected from themselves.

Therapy can help when you’re:

  • struggling with anxiety, stress, or a constant sense of internal pressure

  • moving through grief, loss, or a life transition that has unsettled your sense of self

  • noticing recurring relationship patterns, people-pleasing, or difficulty feeling secure in relationships

  • carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress, or old survival strategies

  • looking for a space that offers both depth and practical support

A Mindful, Depth-Oriented Approach

My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in mindfulness, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy. I’m interested not only in easing symptoms, but in helping you understand the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, grief, and relationship struggles, especially when those patterns have roots in earlier experiences or long-standing ways of coping.

Alongside reflection and insight, I bring practical tools for stress and anxiety, with attention to nervous system regulation, body awareness, and the ways emotional pain can live in both mind and body. We move at a pace that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and sustainable.

Working Together

I offer individual therapy for adults and teens in Northeast Los Angeles and Pasadena, as well as telehealth throughout California.

If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to schedule a brief consultation. We can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
